Summary

130m2, seating approximately 60 people

Fush, a new restaurant in Wigram, needed an interior fit-out in the short time frame of eight weeks. We managed the project and had a team of up to 30 sub-contractors working with us at once to get the project completed on schedule.

Designed by Nott Architects, this unique casual dining area features materials such as steel in a range of complex curves, angles and levels including a two metre wide circular menu board and bar below. Throughout the build we worked closely with both the client and architect to ensure we achieved the look they were after.

The resulting fit-out, including kitchen, servery, dining areas and toilets, is a unique and richly detailed space completed to a high standard.

“It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris and his team at Chris Beer Architectural Builders. We had a very intricate fit out with some very small details that were always going to be tough to pull off with only 8 weeks to get it done. The team at CBAB managed to pull it all together on time and under budget despite difficulties with our landlord, the Council and engineers along the way. From a client’s point of view, I was able to contribute to and be involved in the things that I wanted to be involved in while leaving the rest to them. It made the whole process very manageable and enjoyable. I look forward to our next project together.”
