The extreme care and attention to detail during the construction of this home provided a truly exceptional end result. The house features two huge decks looking out towards Southshore and New Brighton, prefabricated timber walls built with airtight proclaimer building products and a concrete basement. Timber windows imported from Europe add to the overall quality feel of this highly energy efficient and airtight home.
We began this project by receiving a set of rough plans that required further attention and refinement before building could begin. Our team engaged with both a specialist and an engineer to ensure that all components of the home worked together perfectly. The outcome is an extremely efficient home that is cheap to run and has the ability to be off the grid if need be.
