Our current building project on Fendalton Road sits in a prime location beside the Avon River with views over Mona Vale. This 480 square metre residential property demands the highest standards of construction to allow for the full realisation of Noordanus Architects’ stunning design.
The construction features a low maintenance steel and plaster system with blue stone, and various fittings and fixtures sourced worldwide. We have been working with the client and architect from the initial stages of the design process which has allowed for a smooth transition into the late stages of construction and pre fit-out phase.
